When I was 5, I moved to the remote South Australian Desert with my family, after Dad took a job as a rabbit shooter (full story in “musings”).This time had a profound impact on me, and has heavily influenced the way I have carried myself throughout life. These paintings are an exploration of memory at a cellular level, a celebration of the Australian landscape, and an ode to my 5 year old self- a wildling and a dreamer.
